Can I upgrade tiers later?
Absolutely. Most investors start with Essentials and graduate to Premier as they scale. We adjust your tier and pricing whenever it makes sense for your business.
What's included in maintenance fees?
Coordination with vendors, emergency response, routine inspections (in Premier & Partnership), and proactive maintenance planning. We coordinate everything—you don't manage the repairs.
Is there a minimum portfolio size?
Partnership Tier is designed for portfolios of 10+ units. Smaller portfolios work great in Essentials or Premier, with optional add-ons for additional services.
How does tenant placement work?
We handle everything: listing, screening, and placement. You pay only when we place a tenant. The fee is a percentage of one month's rent, determined by your tier's screening level.
Do you manage single-family homes?
Yes. Essentials and Premier work for any portfolio size. Partnership Tier is for multi-unit portfolios, but you can add premium features to Premier if you need higher service levels.
